Private Beta Participation Agreement
Version R2-draft-2026-10-24
Draft for review — not yet the approved text. Placeholders in [brackets] are filled in before the Private Beta opens.
1. Invitation and testing period
This private Beta is offered by CAEtech International Inc., doing business as CAEtech Ventures (the “Operator”), to a small group of invited adults for evaluation and feedback. Access is free and is not a public commercial release. The Beta opens [DATE, TIME, TIME ZONE] and closes [DATE, TIME, TIME ZONE].
Each participant is individually authorized by the Operator. Participants cannot invite other people into the Beta.
2. Temporary accounts and deletion
The Beta runs in a separate environment with its own database and file storage, kept apart from Production. Beta accounts and content will not move to Production. When the Beta closes, sign-in ends. The Operator aims to delete the active Beta environment, including its database, file storage and backup storage, within 7 days after closing. Separately, our service providers may keep residual copies, such as database restore history, hosting logs and email delivery records, for a limited time under their own retention policies; the Privacy Notice explains this.
Keep your own copies of anything you upload that you want to keep. During the Beta you can download the photos and videos you uploaded yourself; full Vault archives can be made only by a Vault's Owner or Administrator. (Private viewing links for people outside the Beta never offer downloads; this doesn't affect your own downloads.)
3. Appropriate testing content
Please use sample images and non-sensitive information where you can. Upload personal content only when you have the necessary rights and permissions, including permission from a child's parent or legal guardian where applicable. Don't upload irreplaceable originals, highly sensitive information, or unlawful material.
Original files are stored exactly as uploaded, including information embedded by the camera or phone, such as the date and the location where a photo was taken. Viewing copies have the location removed, but anyone allowed to download an original receives it unchanged. Remove location information before uploading if you don't want it stored.
4. Beta functionality and risks
The Beta is unfinished. Features may fail, change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn. Don't rely on the Beta as the only copy of any information. Any mandatory rights or protections under applicable law remain unaffected.
5. Accounts, privacy, and sharing
Participation is limited to adults aged 18 or older whom the Operator has individually authorized. You are asked to confirm your age and accept this Agreement and the Privacy Notice when you register. Vault Owners and Administrators must use two-step sign-in.
You can share and work together with other participants as your role in a Vault allows. You can also share a single photo or video, or an Event, with people outside the Beta through a private viewing link. Such a link shows only what you chose, needs a passcode that you give the recipient yourself, offers no download and no editing, lasts at most 7 days, stops working when the Beta closes or your Beta access ends, and can be turned off by you at any time. People who open a link don't get a Beta account or any access to your Vault.
“View-only” means the link offers no download button or file. It can't stop someone from taking a screenshot or photographing the screen, and turning a link off can't remove anything a person has already seen or saved. Share only content you have the right to share, and share memories of a child only as that child's parent or guardian. Approval requests to coaches or teachers for badges are turned off during the Beta.
6. Feedback and support
Please send usability observations, bug reports and suggestions. Don't include private family content, or other participants' photos or information, in bug reports or screenshots unless necessary and expressly authorized. Contact: support@mykudoswallet.com.
7. Closing and Production
Access ends at the announced closing time, after which you can no longer sign in. Access may end earlier for security or operational reasons; the Operator will tell participants directly when that happens. The Operator expects to invite participants to register separately when Production opens, but timing isn't guaranteed.
